A benefit concert held on Saturday, March 19 raised $206.27 for the KTTC! Thank you to Campfire Bonfire, Liam Rutledge, and Them Blades, and all who attended for supporting the KTTC.
Yesterday's bake sale was a huge success -- at least 100 people stopped by our table of goodies over the course of four hours. One of the tellers at the bank commented that at times there was a longer lineup at our bake table that at the tellers! The Peterborough Square branch of TD Bank [...]
Saturday shoppers flocked to a KTTC booth to "talk turtle" with our volunteers. The booth was set up at Lansdowne Place in Peterborough. T-shirts and plush turtle toys were also a hit with the shoppers, and we raised $300 - which will go directly to operating expenses for our turtle hospital.

In 2010, the majority of the cases were seen by Dr Carstairs at KTTC directly, or by Dr Hiltz at Sherbrooke Heights Animal Hospital.
