If you’d like to drop off in person, you’re welcome to come by any time we’re open. Feel free to email ahead or check our hours online.
Turn your vehicle into a generous donation supporting turtles! Use the form on the Donate A Car Canada website, they take care of the arrangements and send the proceeds to us, and we issue a tax receipt to you.
Supplies for our turtle hospital and office
- UV light bulbs – for proper shell development (5.0 UVB 13W type only)
Examples: PetSmart, Phil’s Pets, Amazon 1, Amazon 2, Amazon 3, Amazon 2-pack - LePage Ultra Gel Super Glue
- Examination gloves (Latex or nitrile, sizes S, M and L)
- Dishwashing gloves (sizes S, M, L, XL)
- Kitchen scales and bathroom scales (to weigh turtles of different sizes!)
- 8 1/2″ x 11″ printer paper or copy paper
- Pens – we’re not picky! Examples: Staples, Amazon
- Whiteboard markers (especially fine tip)
- #10 envelopes (no windows or with two windows)
- Postage Stamps (Any denomination, but especially “P” type!)
- Paper towels (single fold or rolls)
- Hand sanitizer
- Heavy duty or extra strength garbage bags (clear)
- Kitchen garbage bags (any size clear)
- Scrub brushes with handles
- Electrical tape (white, yellow, or green)
- 3 heads of lettuce/week (not iceberg)
- Stainless Steel Flip-top garbage containers
- Noma Clamp light fixtures, 8 1/2″
- Sturdy footstools (not dollar store)
