Each kit includes a personalized certificate of symbolic adoption, a "brake for turtles" bumper sticker, a unique microchip tag, the story of a specific turtle from our hospital, and a $30 tax receipt. Choose between two options: 1) Basic Kit (includes everything listed above, with NO plush turtle) 2) Plush Kit (includes everything listed above, plus a cute plush turtle)
