Patricia A. Koval is a partner of Torys LLP, a Canadian business law firm based in Toronto, Ontario. She practices in M&A, corporate finance and governance. She is Co-Chair of Torys’ India Group and of Torys’ Climate Change and Emissions Trading Practice Group. She is also a member of the Environmental Finance Advisory Committee and the Carbon Finance Advisory Committee of the Centre for Environment, at the University of Toronto.
Pat has had a long history of involvement with, and support for, organizations and public interest groups dedicated to conservation and, in particular, to species preservation. Pat is the past Chair of the Board of Directors of World Wildlife Fund (Canada). She is also a member of the Greening Greater Toronto Taskforce, a division of the Greater Toronto CivicAction Alliance, and she is a director of Turtle Survival Alliance Foundation, a U.S. based organization.
